Утром, 6 января, в Дуб-редакцию пришло письмо, тему которого мы вынесли в заголовок. Дескать, поздравляем, ваш офигительный фильм победил в номинации E-cinema. В тексте же сего послания (смотри ниже), к сожалению, не удалось найти ничего о материальном призе (зато зачем-то расписаны мудаки из высокого жюри). Более того, в ответ на вежливую просьбу прислать бумажный диплом или хотя бы сертификат об участии бразильнет замолчал навеки. А ведь некоторые уже потирали руки в предвкушении вояжа в Южную Америку на потаповском джипе...

Cesar Coelho. Illustrator, caricaturist, and animation director graduated from respected National Film Board of Canada. Since 1991 he is partner-proprietor of Campo 4 Desenhos Animados Ltda., producing commercials, program openings for TV Globo, special effects, short films, etc. He is one of four directors of Anima Mundi - Brazilian International Animation Film Festival, the greater Latin America festival exclusively directed to animation cinema.He is professor of PUC-RJ (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil).

Giselle Beiguelman. Is a new media artist and multimedia essayist who teaches Digital Culture at the Graduation Program in Communication and Semiotics of PUC-SP (Sao Paulo, Brazil). Her work includes the award-winning "The Book after the Book" (1999) "Content = No Cache" (2000), nominated for the Trace/ Alt-X New Media Competition. She has recently made art for mobile phones "Wop Art" and art involving public-access and internet-streaming for electronic billboards like "Leste o Leste?" and "Egoscópio" (2002).

Kiko Goifman. Filmmaker and Anthropologist; Master in Multimedia - Unicamp-SP (Brazil). Documentaries direction: several works, particularly "Clones, Barbarians, and Replicants" and "Tereza". Author of the book and cd-rom "Jacks in Slow-Motion". The cd-rom won the 7th Grand Prix Möbius in Paris/98 (Georges Pompidou center permanent collection). Received a film scholarship from Fundaçao Vitae in 1998, which enabled him to the research to the documentary "Dense Death" (Prince Claus Funds - Netherlands). Latest film "33" exhibited in Locarno Film Festival, Indie Festival (Brazil), Rotterdam Festival, Marseille Festival and Noir Film Festival (Italy).
